↑10.  Houston Texans(3-2) (LW #4) – Normally a loss to the Raiders should have sent the Texans out of the Top 10, but honestly, after the death of Al Davis there was no way the Raiders were going top lose that game, so Houston’s still Top 10 for now .

9.   Washington Redskins(3-1) ( LW # 9) – Bye Week.

↓8.  San Francisco 49ers(4-1) ( LW Simmering Under) – The 49ers completely dismantled the Buccaneers on Sunday and sent a message to the rest of the league that they mean business.  Jim Harbaugh has the Niners playing with an edge.

↓7.  Buffalo Bills(4-1) (LW # 10) – After a bad loss to the Bengals, the Bills rebounded in a big way, with a huge victory over the Eagles.

↓6.   Detroit Lions(5-0) (LW # 7) – Could the Lions be this year’s team of destiny?  They seem to have all of the positive mojo rolling in their favor.  If they can keep Matthew Stafford healthy, they can start talking playoffs.

5.   San Diego Chargers(4-1) (LW # 6) – The Chargers continue to beat the teams they should beat and pile up victories.  However, they still need to prove they can beat a good team.

↓4.  Baltimore Ravens(3-1) (LW # 5) – Bye week.

↑3.  New England Patriots(4-1) (LW #2) – The Patriots only loss was to the another Top 10 team, the Buffalo Bills, so beating the Jets handily solidifies the pats in the Top 5 in the league.

↓2.  New Orleans Saints(4-1) LW #3)- Division games are always tough, and the Saints got a tough fight from Cam Newton and the Panthers.  But Drew Brees’ will to win is one of the strongest in the league.

 1.  Green Bay Packers - (5-0) (LW #1)  – The Packers keep rolling and finding ways to win.  Aaron Rodgers continues to be the engine that drives them forward.

Freeze Alert (These teams need to get things heated up in a hurry) - New York Jets, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, Atlanta Falcons, Chicago Bears
